Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delays are unfortunately outside of our control. If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
